Onyeama Coal Mine

Onyeama Coal Mine was an underground coal mine in Enugu State, Nigeria. [1] According to a 2021 study published in the science journal Nature, the mine site is now abandoned. [2] The Onyeama mine was operated by the Nigerian Coal Corporation, which is owned by the Federal Government of Nigeria (FGN). [1]
